About Dr. Michaela Fulk

Dr. Michaela Fulk is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado with a deep commitment to helping individuals, couples, and families grow emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and earned her Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling from Faith International Seminary. She later completed her Doctorate in Intercultural Studies, focusing her research on leadership and emotional maturity.

Michaela brings rich personal and professional experience to her work, having spent 13 years as a homeschooling mom and 5 years serving on the mission field in Uganda. She is the mother of eight children, four of whom are adopted, and brings a compassionate, family-centered perspective into the counseling space.

She is trained in multiple therapeutic modalities including Gottman Marriage Techniques, Affair Recovery, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT. As a Certified Trauma Professional, Michaela provides a safe and faith-informed space for healing and growth.

Her passion lies in helping people deepen their relationship with Christ and step into their God-given identity and purpose. She holds closely the promise of Isaiah 61:2–3 and strives to be a vessel of comfort, joy, and restoration to those who are mourning or burdened.
