About Stephanie Smith

Stephanie Smith is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist dedicated to guiding individuals toward healing through creative expression and faith. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling with a concentration in Art Therapy from Edinboro University in Pennsylvania and has received training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the University of Colorado. Stephanie is also a graduate of the School of the Bible at New Creation Church.

Stephanie integrates the heart, body, mind, soul, and spirit in her counseling approach, believing deeply in God’s multidimensional power to bring restoration and growth. Through art therapy, she invites clients of all ages to explore and express their feelings, experiences, and hopes in a safe and life-giving way. Her work helps individuals reduce stress, improve self-esteem, manage behavior, and find greater emotional insight.

Since 2018, Stephanie has been an active member of both the American Art Therapy Association and the Colorado Art Therapy Association. Her compassionate presence and creative approach make her especially effective in working with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, emotional challenges, and spiritual renewal.
