About Dan
Dan has been in full-time vocational ministry since 1990 working with Athletes In Action, Exchanged Life Counseling Ministry as well as serving in three church roles the last 25 years as an Assimilation Pastor, a Community Pastor and most recently, an Executive Pastor. Dan possesses a BS in Computer Science from Siena University and a Master’s in Theology/Pastoral Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary
In 2018 Dan experienced a crisis of faith and calling that led him through the dark night of the soul. His restoration through that experience has propelled his compassion and counsel for other pastors and leaders who find themselves in a similar place. He is also passionate about seeing churches develop healthy leadership teams and healthy organizational structure that emphasizes unity, community and impact.
Dan continues to serve and lead in the local church, and has also served as president and/or board chair of several non-profit organizations over the last several years. He loves talking, practicing and imparting leadership and organizational health in both secular and sacred contexts.
