About Chad
Chad Webb is a Christian Life Coach and pastoral counselor with over 25 years of ministry and leadership experience. He holds a Master’s Degree in Ministry Leadership from Rockbridge Seminary and is certified as a Christian Life Coach through Light University. Since 2006, Chad has served the Roaring Fork Valley through mentoring, coaching, and pastoral care, working closely with local churches as a youth worker, associate pastor, and worship leader.
Chad specializes in counseling and coaching for adults and couples, drawing from both biblical wisdom and lived experience. His approach is deeply relational and spiritually grounded, helping clients discover their God-given identity, purpose, and potential. He is currently pursuing training through PeaceWorks University to further support survivors and perpetrators of domestic abuse using biblical and theological foundations.
Chad is passionate about equipping others to walk in wholeness and freedom. Whether he’s mentoring young adults, supporting marriages, or walking with those facing housing or substance challenges, he brings a spirit of compassion and unwavering belief in God’s ability to restore.
